Please contact the public works department before planting trees to be sure that they will not be located in the right-of-way. It can also cause problems later on when trees are planted too close to the sewer lines.
The brush that is picked
up is chipped at the wastewater treatment plant and
the mulch is available, free, to residents. Brush
pick up is always scheduled for the Monday after Mother's
day in May and again in November.
Christmas trees may be dropped off at the wastewater treatment plant after the holidays.
