2012: replace sidewalk on Hillcrest-23 Oakmount Ave.

2013: Main St. from Michigan St. to ARC home

2014: South Ave., east side to Village line

2015: Elm St west side to Village line

II. Gutters

2011:South Ave., POst Office, E Main St.Oakmount Ave.,

         others as needed

2012:Hillcrest

III. Piping

2011: 12-14 Elm St., E Main cross cuvert, undersrains on Oakmount  Ave.  Hillcrest Dr.

2012: Hillcrest, if needed

IV. Streets - oil and stone

2011: Bennett Ave., Michigan St., South Ave., rebuild Oakmount

2012: Jones, Church, Page, Bennett

2013: Howard, Park

2014: Hillcrest, E Main

2015: Oakmount, Michigan, South

V. Water improvements

2011: replace Maple Ave., Oakmount Ave., and Michigan St. lines

VI. Sewer improvements

2011: sewer line testing for inflow and infiltration

2012: blacktop WWTP around old buildings
