V. Water improvements

2007: clean up brush/grass at both well houses

          install 200 meters

         Elm St line replacement

2008: drill new well at Michigan St., install 250 of 450 new meters

2009: Park Place waterline extension, install balance of new meters

VI. Sewer improvements

2007: clean area around sewer plant
          install new sand fiter valves
          install new sewer pumps
          primary clarifier skirting
          sewer line testing

2008: blacktop WWTP around old buildings
